Job summary

Dimensions Ltd is hiring a Support Worker in Bath (BA1). You will join a warm home supporting eight adults aged 40–60 with complex health needs. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, long days and sleep-ins, with rotas provided in advance to support work-life balance.

Training is provided for PEG feeding, epilepsy protocols and other care tasks. We offer a competitive pay rate (£14.86 per hour) with an additional £50 per sleep-in shift, enhanced by benefits and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support personal care and daily living tasks.
• Administer medication and follow healthcare plans.
• Support PEG feeding and epilepsy protocols (training provided).
• Follow SALT guidance around feeding and communication.
• Assist with wellbeing, grooming and self-care routines.
• Accompany to appointments, shopping, hairdressers and beauty services.
