Job summary

Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking multiple Support Workers in and around the Trowbridge area to join our team. You will help with daily living tasks, meals, personal care, and general support for residents. This role offers flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends with pay ranging from £14.50 to £16.20 per hour.

A caring nature and good communication are essential. Training is available and Enhanced DBS support is provided to ensure practical, compassionate care for

Qualifications

• Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary
• Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills
• Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing / bathing and dressing
• Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as providing help and ensuring medication is taken as required
• Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives
