Thera Group is seeking compassionate support workers for the Thera East Anglia region. You will support adults with learning disabilities, offer emotional and practical help, and assist with daily activities, employment, and personal goals.

Role requires a full UK driving licence, IT confidence, and willingness to work a 24/7 rota including weekends and holidays. Be part of a supportive, values-driven team making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Must be confident with IT and have access to a device for completing digital timesheets and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability in day-to-day activities.
• Provide personal and emotional support and assist with leisure, employment, personal interests or travel.
• Help individuals plan and manage their home and achieve personal goals.
