Job summary

Thera East Anglia is seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities in the community or in their own homes.

We offer a guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles, 28 days annual leave, pension, discounts, and opportunities for training and progression. You will work a 24/7 rota, including early/late shifts, weekends and bank holidays, with flexible hours and an immediate interview/quick start date (subject to checks).

Qualifications

• Compassionate, caring, and resilient individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to individual communication preferences
• Willingness to learn and participate in training
• Experience in social care is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability to develop new skills
• Provide personal and emotional support
• Help with leisure activities, employment, or travel
• Support planning and managing home life
• Work as part of an inclusive team and communicate effectively
