Job summary

Thera Group seeks a compassionate Support Worker to join the Thera East Anglia team. You will support adults with learning disabilities, helping them develop skills, manage daily routines, and participate in community activities.

A calm, patient approach and strong communication are essential for success in this role. Experience with epilepsy and hoist operation is required, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and experience using hoists.
• Must also hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in day-to-day activities.
• Help individuals develop new skills and life goals.
• Provide personal and emotional support, including planning and managing daily routines.
• Participate in travel, activities, and community engagement as required.
