Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring a compassionate Support Practitioner to help individuals living in their own homes in Cupar and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living, personal care, and practical tasks, while promoting independence and dignity.

No care experience is required as full training and a funded SVQ are provided. Applicants should be female with a full driving licence due to role requirements.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature with ability to support people in daily living.
• Strong observation, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfort with using computers and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living and personal care in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, finances, housework, meals and mobility as needed.
• Encourage hobbies and social activities to promote wellbeing.
