Job summary

Turning Point Scotland is seeking a Support Practitioner to join our Perth and Kinross Service, based in Perth & Kinross including Rattray. Full time, part time and relief hours available, with a permanent contract.

You will provide practical and emotional support to adults with a wide range of needs, helping them to lead fulfilling lives, stay safe, and participate in their community. Full training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to support adults with a wide range of needs.
• Commitment to inclusion, respect and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals to help them achieve personal outcomes.
• Support with daily living activities, meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Work with individuals 1:1 or in a team, involving families and health/social care professionals.
