Job summary

Turning Point Scotland Inverclyde Housing Support in Inverclyde offers care to adults with complex needs, providing 1:1 or team-based support in secure housing and via outreach. The service runs 24/7, supporting 11 individuals in their own tenancies and emphasising person-centred care with compassion and inclusivity.

We provide full training, support, and development, with a salary in the £25k range (pro-rata).

Qualifications

  • No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided.
  • IT skills are required for all vacancies.

Responsibilities

  • As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
