The West Brom are recruiting a Specialist Support Advocate to join our Specialist Support Services on a permanent contract at our Head Office in West Bromwich. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers who may be in vulnerable situations and ensuring outcomes meet needs and regulatory requirements.

You will respond via phone, email, live chat and written correspondence; support customers at end of mortgage term or in financial difficulty, handling queries with care, liaising

Responsibilities

Be there for customers via phone, email, live chat, and written correspondence.
Act as primary contact for customers nearing mortgage term end, in financial difficulty, or bereavement.
Handle accounts with care and maintain clear, accurate records.
Reach out to customers to establish or maintain contact and provide support.
