Job summary

Kerry Collins Recruitment is seeking compassionate Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join a caring team delivering personalised support in home care, assisted living and nursing home settings around Oxford.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication administration, monitor health changes, and provide companionship while collaborating with healthcare professionals to create individual care plans for clients, including seniors and those with dementia.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or hospice care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications safely.
• Experience in home care or nursing homes beneficial.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with daily living activities.
