Qualifications

• Basic Care Certificates (online & practical) required.
• Enhanced DBS updated and verifiable.
• Basic manual handling certificate mandatory.
• Full UK driving license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors residents with special needs.
• Takes responsibility for shifts and service during duty.
• Responds to emergencies and supports care workers.
• Assists with dressing, washing, toileting and bathing.
• Assists with medication and moving patients.
• Serves meals and aids with feeding for comfort.
• Provides stimulating activities for service users.
• Supports daily tasks like letter writing and bills.
• Undertakes light cleaning and meal preparation.
• Monitors conditions and collaborates to implement the care plan.
