Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a focused team. You will be responsible for maintaining residents' personal care needs, respecting their dignity, and promoting independence at all times.

You will help ensure our care services remain of a consistently high standard and undertake general day-to-day activities in the home, reporting to a Nurse or Senior Support Worker as required.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents with dignity and independence.
• Maintain high standards of care in the home.
• Assist with day-to-day activities in the home.
