Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Bromley, South London, is seeking a Student Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help students engage with lessons, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. The role runs 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time, with a daily pay of £100–£120.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people is desirable but not essential.
• Patient, empathetic and reliable.
• Ability to work 1:1 and with small groups.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students.
• Supporting students with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Helping students engage with lessons and classroom activities.
• Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence and resilience.
• Supporting students with their social and emotional development.
