Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Shirley, Southampton, is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism in a specialist provision. You will help develop communication, independence and confidence, delivering personalised activities and 1:1 support.

The role runs Monday to Friday during term time, with a pay rate of £14.25 per hour and weekly pay. This is a long-term opportunity within a supportive specialist setting requiring safeguarding checks and DBS consent.

Pink Tile Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist school in the Shirley area of Southampton that supports pupils with Autism and associated communication needs.

We are seeking someone with the ability to build meaningful relationships with pupils. The students thrive when surrounded by patient, encouraging adults who understand that every achievement, no matter how small, deserves recognition.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent support within the classroom, helping pupils develop their communication, independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
