Job summary

Pink Tile Education Limited is hiring three Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist primary setting in the Basingstoke area. The role supports children with Severe Learning Difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorder, some requiring personal care. DBS on Update Service is essential and immediate starts are available.

Role is full-time with a temp-to-perm pathway. Typical hours are 9:00am–3:30pm (and 4:30pm on Thursdays for training).

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (preferred).
• Support pupils with SEND, autism, or complex needs.
• Personal care tasks may be required (including nappy changing).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils to access learning, communication, and social development opportunities.
• Assist with routines and activities throughout the day.
• Provide consistent, patient support in a specialist primary setting.
