Job summary

Stockport Nub News is seeking caring individuals to provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and participate in school life. Roles may be 1:1 or in small intervention groups, working closely with teachers and SENDCOs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND, be patient and adaptable, and capable of building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents while committing to inclusive education and making a lasting difference every day.

The Role

You'll provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and successfully participate in school life.

You May Be Supporting Pupils With

• Autism (ASD)
• ADHD
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Moderate Learning Difficulties
• Other additional learning needs

Support may be on an 1:1 basis or within small intervention groups, working closely with class teachers and SENDCOs.
