Job summary

Ideal for All is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support Bethan at her Worcestershire home. The PA will promote independence, provide gentle prompts for daily routines, meals, and personal care, and help manage correspondence and tenancy tasks.

The role requires sensitivity to autism, anxiety and dissociative seizures, with on-site support and a flexible, person-centered approach. Hours total 13 per week, distributed across meal prep, laundry, social activities, and personal care,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with additional needs and autism.
• Willingness to learn about health conditions and seizures.
• Reliable, patient, and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support independence and daily routines at Bethan's home.
• Provide prompts for hygiene, dressing and self-care.
• Assist with meals, grocery shopping and nutrition.
• Offer social support and accompany to activities and appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
