UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support a 27-year-old autistic woman in IP24. The role covers domestic tasks, meal planning, transport, social activities and general administration. 10 hours per week with flexible interview time, paid at £129 per week, with terms reflecting self-employed or employed status.

The post includes DBS checks, references, and probation; a supportive working relationship will be established to promote independence and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient and reliable.
• Good communication skills and enjoys conversation.
• Able to build trusting relationships and support independence.
• Understanding of Autism/Neurodivergence beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Domestic care and household tasks (laundry, cleaning, meal prep).
• Transport and community access support and social activities.
