Marie Curie in Belfast is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for the Belfast Hospice IPU. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and support patients with dignity while communicating with families with empathy.

Permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) with day, night, and weekend shifts. Competitive pay on the Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (£25,272 pro rata) plus enhancements and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to hold person-centred conversations and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of palliative and end-of-life care, including holistic care planning and symptom management.
• Ability to plan and prioritise care, respond to changes in patient condition.

Responsibilities
