Responsibilities

• Maintaining a quality service
• Ensuring that the people we support have a safe, appropriate, and comfortable living environment
• Communicating effectively with families, social services and other stakeholders
• Following support plans and Health and Safety requirements
• Advocating for the rights and needs of the people we support
