Job summary

One Fylde is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Blackpool to help empower adults with learning disabilities and autism to live more independently. You will support daily activities, foster community connections and encourage personal growth throughout meaningful, everyday moments.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £13.45 per hour. Full training is provided, and a benefit-rich environment includes recognition schemes and pension support.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a quality service
• Ensuring that the people we support have a safe, appropriate, and comfortable living environment
• Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including families and social services
• Following support plans and other relevant information regarding how to assist the people we support, including Health and Safety requirements
• Advocate for the rights and needs of the people we support
