South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Non Emergency Patient Transport Service Call Handler (NEPTS) for full-time work at the Otterbourne Contact Centre, near Winchester. The role sits in NHS Band 2 with an Unsocial Hours Allowance, and includes a varied shift pattern across 7 days and multiple 6–11.5 hour blocks.

Working hours average 37.5 per week, with training starting in January or March 2027. A DBS check is required.
