Job summary

Norse Group's Norse Transport Division in Norwich is seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to join our depot team. You will transport vulnerable children and adults with a Passenger Assistant, ensuring wellbeing and a safe, caring journey.

The role is 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday with AM & PM school runs; you must hold a full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement. We offer 20 days leave, pension, DBS check, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement.
• Experience driving passenger carrying vehicles.
• Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
• Supportive and caring attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Transport vulnerable children and adults to and from destinations.
• Work alongside the Passenger Assistant to ensure wellbeing and safety.
• Provide a caring, tailored service during journeys.
• Assist with lifting wheelchairs or securing items in the vehicle as needed.
• Support year-round school run operations, Monday to Friday.
