Job summary

Norse Group Holt depot is seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to transport vulnerable children and adults to and from destinations, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday with AM and PM school runs.

You must hold a full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement and have good local knowledge. You will work with a Passenger Assistant to provide a caring, tailored service and ensure safe journeys across Norfolk.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence with D1 entitlement is required.
• Experience driving passenger carrying vehicles.
• Good geographical knowledge of local area.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport vulnerable children and adults to and from destinations.
• Work alongside a Passenger Assistant to support wellbeing and provide a caring tailored service.
• Ensure safe journeys and proper handling of equipment.
• Carry out physical tasks such as lifting wheelchairs or securing items when required.
