Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire is seeking a Living Well Assistant to support older people at home, helping with daily tasks and accompanying them to activities. You will build relationships, support independence and help people stay connected with their local community.

The role requires a friendly approach, reliable organisation and the ability to work with families and professionals. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable style and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to follow support plans and keep visit records accurately.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Help with cleaning, laundry and bedding changes.
• Shop for or with clients and assist with simple meals.
• Assist with letters, paperwork and online services.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities.
• Provide company and conversation during visits.
