Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a Care Assistant to provide homecare services across village and community settings. You will follow personalised care plans, support daily living activities, and help customers maintain independence with empathy and respect.

Role includes driving between locations, completing daily logs, and attending mandatory training. An induction programme and care certificate support are provided, with opportunities to progress to NVQ levels.

Qualifications

• Good level of written and oral English.
• Full induction programme and care certificate support.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care available.

Responsibilities

• Visit village & community customers daily per care plan, including personal care and day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication administration, and continence care.
• Support housekeeping tasks, accompany medical appointments, and enable independence.
