Job summary

Home Instead East Nottingham is seeking Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across East Nottingham and surrounding areas. You will provide non-medical care, companionship and practical help with daily activities on flexible schedules.

No formal qualifications are required; comprehensive training is provided with ongoing development and a buddy system. A full UK driving licence is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Supportive training and ongoing development offered.
• Availability to work alternate weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Help clients live independently at home with dignity and respect.
• Provide companionship, assist with daily routines and meals.
• Support with personal care tasks and medication reminders as needed.
• Offer safe, compassionate care during visits in East Nottingham area.
