Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a Live-In Female Carer to support a 55-year-old lady in her own home. The role emphasizes meaningful interaction, building trust, and respecting dietary preferences as the client follows a vegetarian lifestyle.

Full training will be provided to cover all aspects of care, with a minimum two-week live-in rotation. You will provide personal care, support independence, and engage in conversations while working with the community nursing team to ensure dignity

Qualifications

• Previous care or support work experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Able to commit to a minimum two-week live-in rotation.
• Kind, compassionate and caring with good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support.
• Supporting the client to remain comfortable and independent at home.
• Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation.
• Assisting with moving and handling.
• Supporting with tracheostomy care following training.
• Working alongside the community nursing team and promoting dignity and person-centred care.
