Job summary

Medicare People Limited is seeking compassionate Live-in Carers to support clients in their own homes in Betchworth. The role focuses on personalised care, companionship, and maintaining independence with daily routines.

You will provide personal care, mobility support, meals, and household tasks while building trusting relationships with clients and families. Flexible placements and 24/7 support are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience in the UK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in clients' homes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility and moving and handling requirements.
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks.
• Ensure medication is administered correctly.
• Help with household chores and laundry.
• Support clients with errands and appointments.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
