Medicare People Limited is seeking compassionate Live-in Carers for placements in Dorking. The role focuses on personalised in-home care to help clients maintain independence and dignity. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to person-centred support and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality live-in care within clients' homes.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Support personal care and grooming routines.
• Assist with mobility and moving around the home.
• Prepare meals and drinks throughout the day.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Administer medication in line with care plans.
• Keep the home clean, safe and comfortable.
• Support with shopping and collecting prescriptions.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and maintain care notes.
• Work as part of a wider care team.
