Qualifications

• Holder of Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and understands hygiene standards.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety, Fire Safety, COSHH.
• Efficient worker with high physical stamina and able to handle a demanding workload.
• Demonstrates initiative and flexible teamwork.
• Caring attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Support catering functions in food preparation and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
