Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Able to work efficiently with a demanding workload and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support catering in food preparation and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Ensure safe food handling and hygiene across all meals and beverages.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies to ensure timely replacements.
• Respect residents’ dignity and provide a compassionate service.
