Job summary

Home Instead Grantham is seeking caring individuals to join our award-winning team as Care Assistants. You will help clients live independently in their own homes across Grantham and surrounding areas, providing compassionate support with dignity and respect.

Full training is provided, and you’ll gain valuable experience through our 2025 award-winning training and development program. We offer flexible scheduling, a minimum 10-hour weekly commitment, and a probationary 0-hour contract with

Qualifications

• A caring, patient and reliable nature.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• No formal qualifications required, full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help clients live independently in their own homes.
• Support clients to stay safe, comfortable and secure.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Encourage independence and promote wellbeing.
