Home Instead Grantham is seeking Care Assistants to support older clients in their own homes across Grantham and surrounding areas. You’ll provide compassionate, reliable care with daily routines, meals, and companionship while building strong relationships with clients.

No formal qualifications are required and full training is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred as we cover a wide area with flexible hours.

Additional Information

Pay & Hours

• £13.20 per hour (weekdays)
• Double pay on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel time between visits (£12.75 per hour)
• We offer very flexible scheduling rather than fixed set shifts. However, the following requirements apply:
• All Care Professionals must worka minimum of two days per week that include anti-social hours, meaning starting at6:45amor finishing at10:00pm.

We do not operate on strict shift blocks (e.g. 7am–3pm or 3pm–10pm). Instead, we build schedules around each Care Professional’s availability while ensuring service needs are met and the above requirements are fulfilled.

• We have very flexible weekly working hours, but candidates must provide aminimum availability of 10 hours per week, while still meeting our required conditions (minimum two days including anti-social hours and alternate weekends).
• The role initially operates on a0-hour contractduring the probationary period. After successfully completing probation, we are able to offer anaverage-hours contractbased on the hours you have consistently worked.
