Home Instead in Swadlincote seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in their homes. You'll help maintain their independence by providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks. We offer award-winning training and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

The role requires a caring, patient nature and availability for at least two days per week. No formal qualifications are necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required, full training provided.
• Must work alternate weekends.
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.

• Support clients to stay safe, comfortable, and secure.
