Job summary

Home Instead East Nottingham is seeking Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across East Nottingham and surrounding areas. No experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided, with flexible scheduling to suit your availability.

Role involves supporting clients to stay independent, providing personal care with dignity, preparing meals, offering companionship, and assisting with medications. UK driving licence and vehicle access are preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Flexible scheduling with a minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
• Minimum two days per week including anti-social hours.
• 0-hour contract during probation period.
• Average hours contract after probation based on hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay safe, comfortable and secure.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders.
