Job summary

Home Instead Grantham is seeking caring individuals to support clients in their own homes across Grantham and surrounding areas. We offer award-winning training, flexible scheduling and a supportive environment to help you thrive.

As a Care Assistant you’ll promote independence, provide personal care with dignity, prepare meals and offer companionship. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, with probation and hours arranged to suit both you and our clients.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
• Availability to work alternate weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to stay safe, comfortable and secure in their own homes.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders and wellbeing.
