Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home across its care homes. You will support residents with kindness and handle cleaning tasks with care and attention to detail, following safeguarding guidelines and ensuring high standards at all times.

Full training is provided, and we expect you to be organised, manage your time well and show a positive, respectful attitude in all interactions with Residents, visitors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow hygiene procedures.
• Support infection control and safety standards.
• Help with laundry and linen care.
• Report any issues or repairs as needed.
