Nurseplus Care at home is seeking a Homecare Assistant to support vulnerable clients in their own homes across the community. You will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with daily living tasks, meals and medication, and follow personalised care plans to help clients live independently with dignity.

We offer comprehensive training in line with the Care Certificate, potential progression, and a Blue Light Card perk. Must have right to work in the UK and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 with the right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; travel expenses covered.
• An enhanced DBS check is required (applied for on registration).
• Excellent communication and a good standard of English.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with nutritional needs and medication administration.
• Offer companionship and ensure care plans are followed.
• Support clients in their own homes to maintain independence.
