Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred home care across the community. You will work with clients in their own homes, helping maintain independence and dignity on every visit.

Responsibilities include personal care, nutritional support, medication administration and companionship, guided by individual care plans. We offer paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for funded NVQ qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care in clients' homes or community settings is preferred.
• Good spoken English and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with nutritional needs and ensure hydration and feeding safety.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed and document appropriately.
• Offer companionship and monitor wellbeing, reporting changes to supervisors.
