Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Homecare Assistant to provide compassionate care in clients’ homes across the community. The role involves personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities, following personalised care plans.

You will work to improve clients’ quality of life, with flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays, and you may need to drive to multiple locations as part of your duties.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.
• You’ll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with nutritional needs, administer medication, and offer companionship.
• Deliver care in clients' homes in line with individual care plans.
