Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Community Care Worker to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients across Devon and Torbay. You may support individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, dementia, mental health conditions, or elderly clients, following personalised care plans.

You will work in clients' homes, ensuring dignity, safety, and well-being, with training provided to meet Care Certificate standards and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the UK.
• DBS check will be enhanced and applied for upon registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medication as per care plans and document accordingly.
• Offer companionship to improve clients' quality of life and independence.
