Job summary

Marama Care is seeking a female Support Worker to assist clients in their own homes in the Plymouth and Torquay area. You will help maintain a safe home and complete tasks clients cannot do themselves, while actively supporting participation in community activities.

Role requires at least 1 year of care experience with autistic people and/or learning disabilities. Full-time hours (36+ per week) with 12-hour shifts, paid training, and on-call management support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with autistic people and/or learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in their own homes to maintain a safe living environment and complete tasks they cannot.
• Support clients to participate in community activities (swimming, bowling, trampolining, cafes) and accompany them when required.
