Job summary

Caremark UK Ltd in Swansea is seeking compassionate care assistants to join our brand new domiciliary care team. We offer full training in-person and online, with a supportive environment focused on dignity and independence for clients at home.

Roles include personal care, medication support, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. Flexible shift patterns and a strong referral program are available, with DBS checks and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience is required; full training is provided through our training academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication support, light housekeeping and shopping for clients at home.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities, including dressing, bathing and getting in/out of bed.
• Support clients who are ill or terminally ill and promote their independence.
• Encourage social activities and cognitive engagement with clients.
• Prepare meals, change beds, read/write reports, and participate in care reviews.
