Job summary

Delta Care Ltd is seeking Home Care Assistants to provide compassionate, personalised support to service users in their own homes. The role includes daily living assistance, meal preparation, and maintaining records of care provided.

The position offers full-time, part-time, contract and permanent opportunities with mileage, a health care scheme and a flexible working hours arrangement. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with daily living tasks including washing, dressing and mobility
• Prepare meals and snacks and maintain clean cooking and dining areas
• Record care information and report changes to the manager
• Provide support with medicines and personal care as required
• Maintain dignity, privacy and choice for service users and respect their independence
