Job summary

Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Home Care Worker to support individuals with daily living tasks in the community and help maintain their independence and wellbeing. The role requires care experience and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred support.

Applicants should be reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team, with good communication skills. Training, uniform and PPE are provided where required, and PVG checks may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a care setting required.
• Ability to monitor and report changes in service users' needs.
• Good communication, written and verbal.
