Altogether Care in Christchurch is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide compassionate in-home support across the community. Driving is essential for this role, visiting clients and helping them stay independent.

We offer a permanent contract with varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), induction, training, mileage allowances and wellbeing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Willingness to travel across Christchurch & surrounding areas.
• Flexible shift pattern including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, physical, and emotional care in clients' homes.
• Support independence and daily living activities.
• Record visits using mobile technology.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Travel between visits as part of daily duties.
