Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home support across Bath. You will travel to clients’ homes, delivering personal, physical and emotional care to help individuals stay independent and confident.

This role offers full-time or part-time shifts, with weekend work as required. Competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30) and a range of benefits including induction, training and mileage allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Bath to visit clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, physical, and emotional care at clients' homes.
• Assist with daily tasks, appointments and mobility.
• Record and communicate care using mobile technology.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
