Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a caring Care and Support Worker to help people live independently at home in Bath. This role involves visiting clients in their own homes across the community and delivering personal, practical and emotional support with compassion and reliability.

You’ll drive between visits, work shifts including mornings and evenings, and have the flexibility of full-time or part-time patterns with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to travel between client homes to provide care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical, and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Record and report care delivery using mobile tech and follow safety guidelines.
