Job summary

Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth is seeking caring Care Professionals to support older adults in their own homes across the local community. You will provide person-centred support, promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and adapt to each client's needs.

We offer evening and weekend hours, DBS checks and full industry-leading training. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable care professionals welcome.
Excellent communication skills and passion for supporting older people.
Experience in care is welcome but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

Companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care
Supporting mobility around the home
Medication support and monitoring wellbeing
Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming
Preparing and cooking meals
Running errands including shopping and prescription collection
